Setup & Teardown
Optional setup and teardown available for $10 each. Our team will assemble and stake the tent before your event and break it down when you're done.

Focus on your guests — we'll handle the heavy lifting. All services are optional and added to your booking total.
Delivery & Pickup Fee
Mileage is calculated one-way from Troy, MO — the same $3.50/mile rate applies to both delivery and pickup, with a $50 minimum each way.
Example: 20 miles away = $70 delivery + $70 pickup = $140 total transport fee.
Setup & Teardown
Delivery & Setup
$3.50/mile from Troy, MO ($50 min each way). Optional setup and teardown available per item.
Reserve Your Date
A $50 non-refundable deposit locks in your date. Balance due 7 days before your event.

Booking & Payment Policy
- A $100 refundable deposit is required to book.
- Full payment is required upon booking to save your date.
- The deposit is fully refundable when all items are returned in the same condition.
